I have worked as a therapist and coach for the last ten years, after a twenty five year career in industry and consultancy. I work with individuals and organisations to deal with the difficult challenges that home and organisational life throw at us, with warmth, humour and insight.
Pesso Boyden Therapy is a deeply compassionate and creative approach to the challenge of ‘becoming who we really are.’ I work with individuals, couples and groups.
In London I work at Number 42 (www.number42.org.uk) a private holistic psychotherapy practice based at London Bridge. In Cambridge I work at the Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre (http://www.cbpc.org.uk/). I also also work with business leaders on their personal development as a Visiting Fellow at the Cranfield School of Management.
